Though highly skilled, many teams still find it difficult to connect their members in a way that moves them forward as a whole. I work with groups to identify, appreciate and aim individuals' unique contributions toward shared goals.

Together, we identify potential obstacles and prioritize what matters most to the unit. 

As a consultant, I:

• Cornell University SC Johnson College of Business Executive MBA program - support students teams through team and individual coaching focused on group dynamics, shared leadership

Past client work includes:

• Inova Health System (Fairfax, VA) - Co-designed and co-facilitated a two-year cabinet team development initiative, resulting in more aligned leadership.

• Visit Annapolis & Anne Arundel County — Developed and facilitated interventions to improve staff engagement, partnering with the leadership team to identify and address long-term areas of focus.

• Mid-Atlantic Animal Specialty Hospital and Allied Partners Veterinary Emergency Service - Designed workshops and facilitated team coaching sessions to strengthen alignment and foster shared responsibility
